Wellbeing support for adults
Impact Mental Health Peer Support works in partnership with the Bedfordshire Employment and Skills Service to deliver a mental health support programme to Central Bedfordshire and Bedford Borough residents.
All courses are free and delivered by a team of people with professional and lived experience of mental health and life challenges.
Impact courses have been designed to support, educate and empower anyone who struggles with poor mental wellbeing.
You don't have to have a mental health diagnosis to benefit from attending one of the courses.
