School Money
We use the 'School Money' online payment system for:
- FunZone (before and after school club) booking and payments
- School trip payments and permissions
- Certain club payments and permissions
New parents and carers will be added to the system by the school and sent a new user email/ text. Existing users can access school money here.

Childcare Vouchers:
If you intend to use Childcare Vouchers to pay for your child/children's clubs (including FunZone) and Nursery care at St. Mary's, please complete the form below.
N.B. Following strict Government guidelines we cannot accept Childcare Vouchers to pay for:
- School Trips during school hours or related to the school curriculum (including Forest School)
- Day trips, linked to the curriculum, that take place away from the school’s registered premises
- School Meals
N.B. This form is only for parents using Childcare Vouchers NOT 2 yr old/3 yr old 15/30 hour funding for Acorn Nursery children.
