Medical Needs

At St. Mary's we aim to ensure that all children with any medical condition are fully supported in school so that they can enjoy the same opportunities as their peers and fulfil their academic potential.  

We will work closely with parents to ensure we provide effective support for their child's medical condition and, where necessary, we will work alongside any relevant health service too.    

Where children are required to take medication on school site, we ask that parents complete this form and bring it to the School Office along with the relevant medication.  We will then complete the other pages when we administer the medication, for our records.
