Clophill St Marys CofE lower school

FOSM (Friend's of St. Mary's)

All parents automatically become members of the association when their child starts school. The association plays an active part in promoting links between home and school through the staging of a wide range of events throughout the year. The aim of these events is two-fold; firstly these events contribute to the funds of the P.T.A and secondly they provide an opportunity for parents, children and teachers to come together in an informal environment and have some fun. Funds raised are used to provide extras for the school, which provide an enhanced quality of life for the children. An example of this has been the provision of the ICT suite, the play area and equipment, made possible by the school and the P.T.A working together to raise funds and provide manpower to complete these substantial projects.

The P.T.A. Annual General Meeting is held in the Autumn Term and everyone is invited to attend.
