St. Mary's is required to keep and process certain information in accordance with its legal obligations under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Our Data Protection Officer is SPT Compliance.

The school may, from time to time, be required to share personal information about its staff or pupils with other organisations; mainly the Local Authority, other schools and educational bodies, and potentially children’s services.
Our Data Protection policy (see the Policy section of our website) and Privacy Notices, which can be seen below, are in place to ensure all staff, governors and parents are aware of their responsibilities and rights and to outline clearly how the school complies with the GDPR.
